Pickleball FAQ:
Do I have to be a member to play?
No, you don’t have to be a member to play! However, membership has its perks—like discounts on food, drinks, and court bookings. Open play is available to both members and non-members unless specified in the event.

What’s the easiest way to book a court or program?
Download the At Fault app on iOS or head to our web portal: atfault.podplay.app.
Can I order food and drinks courtside?
Yes, absolutely! Our friendly staff will be more than happy to take your courtside orders.
What are your pickleball hours?
Our courts are open:
Sunday – Thursday: 8 AM – 10 PM
Friday – Saturday: 8 AM – 11PM
What are peak times?
Peak times are:
Monday through Friday: 5 PM – 9 PM
Saturday: 8 AM - 8 PM
Sunday: 8 AM - 6 PM
What are the prices for court bookings?
Pricing is for non-members and subject to change. Members enjoy further discounts based on membership tier.
Indoor Off-Peak: $30/hour ($20 or less for members)
Indoor Peak: $40/hour
Outdoor Off-Peak: $20/hour
Outdoor Peak: $30/hour
More than 4 players per court? Each additional player is $5/person/hour
Can I book two courts from my account at the same time?
Currently, our system only allows one court to be booked at a time for the same timeframe. To book a second court, another account is required to make the reservation, or inquire about our event packages.
How much are paddles and balls rentals?
Paddle Rentals: $5/hour per paddle (ID required)
We proudly rent JOOLA Seneca paddles.Balls: $3 each
How often will Open Play happen?
We aim to host Open Play once or twice a day, every day – so there’s always a game waiting for you!
Will you offer leagues?
Absolutely! If you’re ready to compete, let us know at info@at-fault.com. We’ll keep you in the loop when our winter leagues launch.

What’s the deal with replays?
Every indoor court at At Fault is equipped with instant replay cameras, so you can relive your best shots, clutch points, and controversial calls. Non-members get 5 free replays just for signing up, while members enjoy hundreds of free replays every month, depending on their tier.
