Frequently Asked Questions

Do employees need to know how to play pickleball?

Not at all! 80% of our corporate groups are complete beginners. We can provide professional instruction and make it fun for everyone, regardless of skill level. Our coaches teach the basics in under 10 minutes.

What if someone can't participate physically?

No problem - we're way more than just pickleball! Non-players can compete in darts, cornhole, giant Jenga, or arcade games. They can also serve as scorekeepers, referees, or team photographers. Many groups run multiple tournaments simultaneously - pickleball on the courts while others battle it out in cornhole or darts. Plus, our full restaurant and bar means everyone can socialize and celebrate together - our scratch kitchen and fresh cocktails & mocktails keep everyone happy.

How far in advance should we book?

For peak times (Tuesday-Friday afternoons), we recommend at least 3-4 weeks. Holiday parties are booked 2-3 months out. But don’t hesitate to reach out any time - we’d love to host your group!

Are you open all day for events?

Yes! We can absolutely be flexible to make your hours work, even if we’re not open to the public.

What's included in the price?

Our all-inclusive packages cover court rental, private space rental, food and beverage - basically everything you need for a successful event. Packages are fully customized with optional add-ons like paddle and ball rentals (great for beginners who don't have equipment), professional instruction from our certified coaches, tournament coordination with brackets and prizes, and enhanced bar packages. We'll build the perfect package for your budget and goals. No hidden fees, and your dedicated event coordinator helps you choose only what makes sense for your group.

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?

Yes for most requests! Our scratch kitchen handles vegetarian, vegan, and allergen-free options daily. However, we cannot guarantee gluten-free preparation due to our scratch kitchen environment and potential cross-contamination. We'll work with you to identify menu items that work for your group.

Do you offer recurring team events or corporate leagues?

Yes! Many companies book monthly team buildings or join our 6-week corporate leagues. League play happens Thursday evenings and includes playoffs, prizes, and bragging rights.

How many people can you accommodate?

We're perfect for groups from 10-300. Smaller groups get a more intimate experience, while large groups can take over the entire venue. Our record is 500 for a full company buyout!

Is there parking?

Yes - free on-site parking for up to 150 cars between our two parking lots. We're also near the DART station for those using public transit. For events over 150 people, we can arrange shuttle service from overflow parking.

Can we bring company swag or decorations?

Absolutely! We love when companies brand the space. Bring banners, swag bags, or centerpieces. We can even put your logo on the court screens.

Do you have preferred vendors?

Yes - for photography and videography. But you're welcome to bring your own vendors too.
