  • We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Events Manager to join our team. This individual will play a crucial role in managing and executing all aspects of events at At Fault, from initial inquiry to event completion. The Events Manager will be the primary point of contact for all inbound event inquiries, ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience for all guests. This position requires a passion for hospitality, a commitment to excellence, and the flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed. Love of pickleball is a plus!

    Key Responsibilities

    Event Inquiries Management

    - Respond promptly to all inbound event inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.

    - Provide detailed information about event packages, pricing, and availability.

    - Schedule and conduct site visits with potential clients.

    Event Planning and Coordination

    - Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring all event details are captured accurately.

    - Coordinate with internal teams (kitchen, bar, and pickleball) to ensure smooth execution of events.

    - Develop and maintain detailed event plans, timelines, and checklists.

    - Communicate clearly and effectively with clients and team members to ensure everyone is aligned on event expectations.

    On-Site Event Management

    - Be present at events to oversee setup, execution, and teardown, ensuring all aspects run smoothly.

    - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during events, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.

    - Ensure that all guests have an exceptional experience, going above and beyond to exceed expectations.

    Post-Event Follow-Up

    - Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback from clients.

    - Work with the team to continuously improve event services based on client feedback.

    Administrative Duties:

    - Maintain accurate records of all events, including contracts, invoices, and client communications.

    - Assist in creating marketing materials and promotions for events.

    - Collaborate with the marketing team to promote upcoming events and drive new business.

    Qualifications

    Experience

    - 2-4 years of experience in event management, hospitality, or a related field.

    - Proven track record of successfully managing events from start to finish.

    Skills

    - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

    - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

    - Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.

    - Passion for providing outstanding customer service.

    - Knowledge of the Dallas market and hospitality scene is a plus.

    Availability

    - Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and/or holidays as required by event schedules.

  • This is an on-site role for a Head of Pickleball at At Fault. The Head of Pickleball will be responsible for overseeing the pickleball operations, managing court schedules, organizing tournaments and events, providing coaching and instruction, and ensuring a positive player experience.

    Qualifications

    • Pickleball playing experience and knowledge

    • Experience in organizing and managing sports events

    • Strong leadership and communication skills

    • Coaching and instructional abilities

    • Customer service and player engagement skills

    • Ability to work well in a team environment

    • Knowledge of pickleball rules and regulations

    • Previous experience in hospitality or recreational facility management is a plus

    Must Haves

    • 4.0 DUPR or above
