Do I need a membership to play pickleball?

No membership required at At Fault - Dallas's Best of Dallas 2025 winner for pickleball! Unlike other Dallas pickleball venues and country clubs, we're completely open to the public. Walk-ins are always welcome at our 9 courts (5 indoor, 4 outdoor). You can book courts online or just drop by our Farmers Branch location at 2330 Jett Street. While we offer optional memberships starting at $39/month with perks like discounted (or even free) court rates and priority booking, most players simply reserve courts as needed.

How much do pickleball courts cost?

Indoor courts: $40/hour during peak times (after 5pm and weekends), $25/hour during off-peak hours (weekday mornings/afternoons). Outdoor courts: $20/hour peak, $15/hour off-peak. Courts can be booked for 60 or 120-minute sessions up to two weeks in advance. JOOLA paddle rentals are available for $5/hour.

What skill levels are welcome?

All skill levels from complete beginners to tournament players! We host Pickleball 101 classes for newcomers, open play sessions for meeting players at your level, and competitive DUPR rated open plays for advanced players. Our instant replay technology and digital scoring make games more fun for everyone.

Can I rent equipment?

Yes! JOOLA paddle rentals for $5/hour. We also sell balls, grips, and accessories at our pro shop.

How far in advance can I book?

Courts can be reserved up to 10 days in advance online. Members get 14-day advance booking. Walk-ins are welcome based on availability - we may have courts open, especially weekday mornings.

What are the court surfaces like?

Our 5 indoor courts feature climate-controlled environments with outdoor grade surfaces that are easier on joints. The 4 outdoor courts offer traditional hard court surfaces. All courts have professional lighting.

What are your happy hour times and specials?

DOUBLE HAPPY HOUR every week day! Early bird: 4-6pm weekdays. Night owl: 9pm-close EVERY night. Specials include: $2 off craft cocktails, $3 high-tech darts, $4 domestic draft beers, $5 wines and wells, $6 margaritas, $7 select appetizers. Full Chef John Franke menu available all day.

Do I need a reservation for the restaurant?

No reservations needed! Our restaurant and sports bar are first-come, first-served. With 150+ seats, two full bars, and our huge patio, there's always room. Perfect for before or after your game, or just to watch sports on our 130" jumbotron.

Who is Chef John Franke?

Chef John Franke is the culinary mastermind behind Dallas favorites like Whiskey Cake, Haywire, Ida Claire, and Sixty Vines. At Fault features his elevated take on sports bar classics - chef quality dishes, craft cocktails, and rotating seasonal specials. All at reasonable prices.

Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?

Yes! We offer vegetarian options. Our kitchen may be able to modify dishes for allergies. Please inform your server about any dietary needs. Full ingredient lists available upon request.

Can I order food to-go or for delivery?

Yes! Call ahead for takeout orders. We're also on DoorDash and Uber Eats for delivery within 10 miles. Catering available for large orders with 48-hour notice.

Yes! Free parking available on-site with 150+ spots between our lot and the overflow lot across the street.

Can you host private events?

Absolutely! At Fault accommodates groups from 10-500+ guests across our 32,000 square foot venue. We offer court buyouts, private rooms, or full and half venue rentals. Packages include Chef John Franke catering, full bar service, arcade access, and optional pickleball instruction from certified coaches.

Do you offer corporate team building?

Yes! Our corporate packages include exclusive court time, tournament organization, professional instruction, AV capabilities on our 130" screen, and custom catering menus. Popular for team outings, client entertainment, and holiday parties.

Can we book multiple courts for a group?

Yes! Groups can reserve multiple courts side-by-side through our events team - events@at-fault.com. Contact our events team for custom packages.

Do you have leagues?

Yes! We have run seasonal leagues for all skill levels:

- Competitive leagues (3.5+ rating)

- Social leagues (all levels)

- Corporate leagues (company teams)

- Senior leagues (50+)
